So.. it's been a while since I checked in...... I realize that as I was journaling, I did not weigh in and the weight was what I was last year this time. So before I started the HCG diet, I was 190lbs, waist was 41 inches, hips 52, thighs 31/31.5 (don't know why one is consistently bigger than the other). I gained 5lbs on the loading for a total weight of 195 starting. By the second post I have lost all the gorge weight..... As of today. I weigh 170. I'm 35.5 in the waist, 45 in the hips, and 28 around the thighs (one is 28.5.. still weird). I started lifting a day or two last week, but will be going to the gym Tues, Thursday, and Sat. mornings. The other days, speed walk my dog morning and evening. Determine to reach my for of 150lbs. Hopefully by Sept, I will have lost 2 more inches everywhere... Not really caring about the weight, just the inches!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
