So my friend at work told me about this site, he has already lost 10lbs. He really didn't need to loose weight, he has triglyceride issues and is trying to manage them through diet. I on the other hand just have issues.

Welcome! I read your bio and wanted to share that my previous attempts at weight loss always failed because when I would start losing I would basically reward myself with food thinking, "I've been really good, I can eat this" Ugh, most frustrating cycle ever. But once I was finally aware of what I was doing, I was able to reign myself in. Losing weight and getting healthy is a marathon, not a sprint. :)
