Right off the bat when I became vegan I dropped a ton of weight, but I stayed there....and never lost.
I've been limiting my intake and recording what I do eat, and I feel like that's what's helping me lose weight. Before and after I eat, I think more than I used to, so I don't binge eat.

That's what i do, take 3meals, split into 6; boosts metabolism. And i too would be a vegetarian, cuz i don't care for meat much, except i don't like vegetables :)
