we were gone all day yesterday so I just input my weight for both days, 216.4# each day.


I was high on everything except calories Saturday (fat, cholesterol, sodium, etc...) the calories were higher than I like but not to my max for the day.

I guess that's what happen when you eat on the run......

I got up and went for my blood test Saturday morning and she was done for the day when I got there. IT WAS ONLY 9:50 AM!

If you are going to quit that early, don't bother opening. I like going on Saturday because it's easier for me to fast with my 2nd shift job.
And besides, they are only open 1 Saturday a month. It's not like they have to work every weekend.
And staying open till noon doesn't ruin the whole day.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I really hate to fast and to have to do it 2 times so quick makes it even worse, thou my weight didn't seem to suffer without the late night snacking.. ;-} I think it was the same this morning instead of dropping because I made up for Friday night last night. Really gotta stop doing that!!!!
