No weight loss today, but facial edema in a.m. is down, first time in 5 years! Loving low salt, don't need it like i thought...also, white bread and other products, not necessary right now! Finding creative ways to beat cravings at nights. Hoping Monday will no longer have night time cravings. Challenge requires no food past 8pm...we can do it!!
Good friend's daughter graduation party!! Ate some good good food, but kept under my 2,000 cal limit! So in good shape!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
