I started out good but yesterday I couldn't go to sleep because my stomach was growling, so instead of ignoring it I got up to eat. I still didn't go over my calories but I know sleeping with a full belly isn't good either.

Your body was telling you something. As long as you eat healthier and keep the calories low, you will lose... &&the right way to keep it off.
