8 pounds to go and hopefully, my clothes will begin to fit like they used to. It's all because of the vanilla taste of the pea protein shake I have to take daily. The craving for ice cream is horribly constant

Craving some foods may indicate a weakness in certain glands, such as the pancreas, adrenals or thyroid. A craving for sweets may indicate a lack of minerals in the body craving sweets all the time could mean your body may be looking for more minerals. If sweet cravings are especially difficult for you, try adding trace minerals to your diet and see what happens. Maybe people need to detox all yeast, parasites, and toxins twice a year. Lemonade yes been around for centuries and it is refreshing. People with an overgrowth of yeast in their intestines often crave sugar. Yeast that live in the intestines feed off simple sugars and an acid environment. Eliminating sugar and fruit from the diet and eating more vegetables makes the environment less hospitable for yeast and can decrease sugar cravings. Hidden ingredients may be the cause of your craving. Read all the ingredients on the label of your favorite "healthy" snack. It may look as if you are getting more energy from all the B vitamins in a product, when the real source is the caffeine listed as an inactive ingredient. Oftentimes sugar, caffeine or other chemicals are added to foods to keep you coming back for more.

eat salads every day and eat half an apple twice a day with blended avocado as your dressing or make your own Italian dressing with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and Italian seasoning and shake every time you need to use it. you will be all right.

Thanks for advice on the apple 2x a day with avocado or a dressing. It's been so rainy which is unusual weather for where I live that the tendency is to exercise less. Thanks for sweet, only ice cream, craving advice. It know that sugar cannot be the first 5 ingredients. Today, while being part of a crew to make a movie, I saw my photo - disgusting, only the race car looked great.

You are very welcome. Although, I tend to crave sweets at times, especially when someone gives you the orange cranberry scones, or blueberry muffins, or macaroons. I do not coconut. where are you creating a movie, Sara Ann butler

Movie was made in Tampa Bay area as part of a submission for 48 hour Film challenge. This Sunday afternoon, I'll see all the submissions and judges will be there.

Excuse me I meant to say that I do like coconut which are in macaroons. Cool Sounds exciting. You must be young, energetic and vibrant fool of energy. I past 50 years old will be 51. But I am jogging not consistently as I would like. My body aches every step I take, but hopefully it will be rewarding. I also do total gym and lift dumbbell weights and jump roping, skip roping, and low impact aerobics because I have not done this since I was 23 years old. So it will take extra time and patience to get back where I use to be. I use to do 2 hours Monday through Friday and weekends off of aerobics when I was 23 years old, but gave it up after 3rd child when I was 27 years old. Could not get back into it. Did not have enough energy and interested desire went out the window. No at 50 hopefully I can work my way up to 2 hours a day Monday through Friday but it will take desire ambition focus patience willpower willingness. but time will tell. We all need to fast by detoxing every organ in our bodies, kidney, liver, brain, skin, pancreas, bladder, colon cleanse and fasting plus drink half of fresh lemon with bottle water with antioxidants with ground fresh garlic and ground fresh mint leaves add to our water suppose to flatten belly fat, but need to be consistent drinking this on a daily basis. plus, we all need to take the best quality probiotics to get rid of yeast that lives in our gut. Our gut is our 60% Immune System something like that. Well we need to be at a radius 80% of good bacteria and 20% bad bacteria. We probably will never get rid of bad bacteria because the corporations constantly sneak sugars and preservatives and stuff we cannot pronounce hidden bad chemicals, toxins, and preservatives (additives), that bad yeast and bacteria thrives on. That is the reason why we crave sweets or starches that turns into sugar, or carbs. we all no that too much of something is bad for you. we all no that pasteurized foods is not good for us and only makes us sick with IBS, GAS, Constipation or diarrhea, or cancers. So Sorry So Much INFORMATION. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR ACTING CAREER AND MOVIE BUSINESS. I only wish that I would be able to act with you, but I am afraid of success and failure. GOOD LUCK IN LOSING THE WEIGHT BATTLES. But remember we can gain muscle and lose the inches, so have someone measure inches around you chest, waist, and bust areas. No I'm 76 but pass for 55 yrs and now found out that the pea protein powder has been hard on my digestive tract and is makes some people pudgy. Your comment also gave me ideas to check at 3 healthfood stores today and ask the side affects of taking it. I have to fit into my clothes because I'm petite in bone and 5' 3". Yes I made my own movie - Voice Gym for sale on Amazon.com for $19.99. It's exercises to keep the speaking and singing voice vibrant and youth and uses original karaoke songs and a cast of 5. I'm on YouTube in "toephomania" short movie with a Aussie accent and a glass of lemonade and 2 sentences sitting at an outdoor table with another actress. Thanks for chatting because my work life has been very unrewarding lately. Won't be playing electric bass tomorrow at the jazz jam but will be singing "Little Boat" and "All The Way" without looking at the lyrics and meaning what I sing. Can't measure myself right now because it makes me feel negative. Tomorrow I'll fast with lemon juice, bone with vegetables soup, and lots of water. Hope to chat with you too.
