1 week after stopping oral steroids for poison ivy.
312.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 112.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1860 kcal Fat: 92.59g | Prot: 85.77g | Carb: 173.77g.   Breakfast: Red Bull Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Dr. Pepper Diet Dr. Pepper (Can), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion, Oscar Mayer Traditional Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch: Kellogg's Pop-Tarts Frosted - Strawberry, Popchips Barbeque Potato Chips, Yoplait Greek Vanilla Yogurt, Blackberries (Alaska Native). Dinner: Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Kraft Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Italian Sausage. more...
