Note to self:

The last two days I have not been very hungry. Been craving sweets though. Trying to work around that, finding acceptable options. Experimenting with removal of sugar alcohols to see if that has been an issue. First few days I've felt good, and been losing some water weight. Today though, I have felt like I've put ON weight. Perhaps it's as a result of the change in eating the past couple of days.

Will keep at it, keeping my fluids up; and if I am not having a hungry day, go with it. I have to remind myself at times that periods of fasting is healthy and detoxifying.

One thing I am conscious of though is to avoid having my macros consistently too low where I won't have any wiggle room to adjust further down if I plateau further down the road.
