I really have a bad habbit of weighin myself everyday, it really sets me off, like one day i weighed 83 kg and the next day i weighed 83.9 kg, thats really something saddening, so today i am taking an oath that i will weigh myself every week , and i have been intaking less food, i know i should intake more but this is something that provides me with some results.
