I haven't been posting my food or exercise routine. Why? Because I'm now juggling a new schedule to accommodate a new person in my life :)
Dieting is interesting while dating. I'm doing well for the most part except for routine foods so at restaurants it's salad, veggie foods only and no dressings etc. Exercise is critical and I'm doing my level best. I will not go back to fat.
128.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
