I am weighing the heaviest I have ever weighed. Not only that I just got back from vacation and it is Monday and a brand new month: So many reasons for me to start my journey towards weight and health management. I don't want to just be skinny, I want to be healthy! I want to feel good in my own skin, be able to fit in my clothes, and be able to do active things that I enjoy. I have 5 more months on 2011 and I can definitely lose 40 lbs by then. 2 lbs/week for 20 weeks is exactly 40 lbs. This is my minimum goal! Plus I would like to be a size 12 and be able to incorporate activity into my daily routine and eat no more than 1500 calories per day. I have the support of my wonderful boyfriend and I know everyone else is rooting for me too!
