Back to business after a lawless year. Put back about 18 of 40 lbs lost. We KNOW how to do this and after 45 days of tracking and 150 miles of walking I've lost 11 of those pounds. Husband and I love international cuisines and finally found a formula that works for us. High flavor - tangy, herbal, spiced and spicy keeps our tastebuds interested. We don't follow any certain program but we cut our starches in half and triple our veggies. Here is an example - Veggie Pad Thai. 1/2 a serving of rice noodles then the remaining "noodles" are shredded cabbage, strands of carrot, spiralized zucchini and slivers of red pepper. 4 oz of chicken & 3 oz of shrimp in the whole dish. Topped with bean sprouts and a sprinkle of crushed peanut 500 calories in half the platter (2 bowls each)
