Well, back to my low of 190. Tried a new food program this week...Blue Apron. Won't go into details...just this is not a diet program but from what I have seen a healthier way to enjoy really good food. I will not be doing this on a weekly basis but on occasion. Have signed up to try another company in another week or so. The third company that provides meals (that need to be prepared) is Plated but it is a bit more expensive so I will pass.

Meanwhile I am focusing on grains and veggies when not cooking these preplanned meals...or eating out. I have also found Snap Kitchen which is prepared foods which take a minute or two to nuke and are prepared with health in mind. I have used these for those occasions when I am really hungry and would normally stop at a restaurant. A much healthier way to have fast food...and at home.

Overall I am doing better. Eating out has its own challenges but most times I am making better choices. My goal is to eat healthier and ultimately loss weight. The weight loss does not need to be rushed...a little slowly that stays off is just fine with me. So let's see how I do at the Greek restaurant tonight. I suspect that will be a real challenge.
