What a terrible couple weeks. Little exercise, way too much drinking and late night eating. So I've blown the little progress I made. But today it's back on the right path.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
