I can't believe it!! I got on the scales this morning, and I have lost 10 pounds! I really have cut down on my senseless eating! Just for no reason! AND, I do feel better already! I'm gonna do it this time!

Breakfast = 10 points
Lunch = 9 points
Supper = 2 points

Not good! I am to have 43 points a day, and I had 21 today!
310.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 115.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
