my arms were tired today, but did 1000 pretty quick YEAH!! did 750 with flippers to work my abs...and finally getting the hang of the shorter flippers. I did breast stroke the last 250, and oh my! I earned an iced coffee! my arms are like noodles. I am trying zuchini for speghetti tonight...hubs is too. The kids having wheat noodles...but carbs count! Right!?
