So today is day 4 of my resolve to get back on track. I am doing great. Proteins, salads, oranges. It feels wonderful to have energy again, finally the sickness feeling is gone. It's much easier to stay on plan when you feel good. With that said, my walking program is back on with 5 days a week at the gym. Back to the original routine. Yeah!
