RESTARTING again!
have been dealing with a shoulder injury, but that should not have stopped me from doing simple cardio and maintaining my calories.
luckily I haven't gained too much weight, but I also have yet to drop a pound!

Manage the calories
increase calorie burn
weight will come off! slowly but surely
245.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
