Losing the weight is tough but I know the more I push and workout, eat right and sweat....I WILL see progress. I hate stalls but I know they happen. I have to remember to stay positive. Continue to eat right and I will reach my goals. Little by little. Every workout gets me closer to my goal/ healthier weight. I love the non scale victories to. I'm excited to see the changes in my body from all the hard work. I can't wait to go shopping for clothes. Yay. I still have a long way to go but I'm proud of myself where I am right now as I strive to reach 150 ; )
