feeling fat and frustrated!!!

i lost 4kgs last year, and today i am 100g away from gaining it all back in 6 months.... bad food choices, sugar and carb addiction and very little activity.

i have 3 months to seriously get going here. i need to be 3-4kgs down for my sister's wedding for the dress to even zip close... and another 2 on top of that to look good in it...

i look 6 months pregnant! so mad at myself for the lack of discipline!!

grrrr how do i keep myself from craving everything! i need a skinny pill!! you know that one, where you take it at night and wake up 5kgs lighter???

if you find that pill please do share with me. :-) I'm at the point where I must exercise 3-4 times a week eat 80% healthy just too not gain to much weight. and during winter it is very hard specially when you must exercise after work. I wish you all the luck to lose your 4kg soon

If you can stabilise your blood sugar levels in other words get a grip on the sugar and carb intake you will find the cravings and "crazy" hunger to become a thing of the past. You know I am here for you. We can get through this one xx

hi guys have u tried Banting..its a high fat low carb diet..i was a skeptic at first bt its working great..started on monday weighing in at 82.8kg today i am 79.8kg.. u can try it out..go to www.realmealrevolution.com it tells u all abt it.. dnt get stressed dear ul be fine. i substitute sugar with xylitol its pure cane sugar which is good.theres a whole lot of desserts on www.thebantingchef.co.za that can get u going if u love sweet stuff.. good luck
