feeling fat and frustrated!!!
i lost 4kgs last year, and today i am 100g away from gaining it all back in 6 months.... bad food choices, sugar and carb addiction and very little activity.
i have 3 months to seriously get going here. i need to be 3-4kgs down for my sister's wedding for the dress to even zip close... and another 2 on top of that to look good in it...
i look 6 months pregnant! so mad at myself for the lack of discipline!!
grrrr how do i keep myself from craving everything! i need a skinny pill!! you know that one, where you take it at night and wake up 5kgs lighter???
