I was surprised that I only gained .2 from last week with my "three day weekend." Weekends when my husband and I are home are the toughest. Saturday we will be driving aprox. 13 hours out of state and will be gone 14 days. I plan on keeping track on what I eat and hopefully I can get out and walk some each day. I hope I can lose, or at least not gain, while I'm gone.
