Just getting back on my healthy eating plan from a 2 see break and I have to say that it feels soooo good. I mean it literally FEELS good! Increasing wheat in my diet and adding sugar again for 2 weeks has caused my joints to ache! Wow! I had forgotten that all that discomfort had apparently been related to what I was putting into my mouth. I would have had a hard time believing that cause and effect to be a real thing if someone had told me and I had not experienced it first hand. Oh, and headaches came back too! Glad to be back to my old "new normal" of low carb/sugar free eating. Wedding cake from our son's wedding was tasty but I've gotta say my next splurge will NOT be for a 2 week period. 😊
169.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
