Good morning everyone! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend. I am a little disappointed in my weight loss this week (or lack thereof). I'm hoping since I was a little more active this week than normal maybe it is just muscle build. I record my weight tomorrow. As of this morning I have only lost 1/2 pound since last Wednesday. When I've become accustomed to losing 4-5 pounds a week that is not very good for me. I am just gonna keep doing what I've been doing for 1 more week and if I don't lose anymore, I am gonna switch something up. Maybe start an exercise program. Because of my back issues I wanted to wait on that for about 20 more pounds, but light activity I suppose won't hurt it any in the long run I hope. Have a great day everyone! When things are looking down, just keep trying and you can't go wrong:)
