Not such a great week! 97 yr old mom fell and slashed open her arm, 12 stitches! My BP shot up to over 200/120s and a 24hr continuous bp monitor was all over from the 200/120s to 91/67 and all the numbers in between. Oh well, onwards and upwards, and a new hairdo on next Monday!
I am having trouble talking myself out of late night eating after I have good days. Scaring myself with vision and stroke problems isn't helping. Any words of wisdom, anybody?
