Well, I had got down to 179 and now I'm at 207. Got to 210, so at least I'm getting back on the right track. Been eating like a kid - tons of desserts and processed snacks plus fast food almost every day since mom died. Time to get control!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
