I have been following Fast5 which is great, but lately been right off the rails ( it is winter here ) and munching vast quantities of peanuts and raisons. Now I have got my mind together again and am back on Fast 5. Looking forward to break - fast at 3pm today - 3 boiled eggs, some sardines mashed with Worcester sauce in lettuce cups on a salad of baby toms, onions and celery with olive oil, herbs and lemon juice. At 7.30 it is haddock and green beans with garlic and cauliflower with cheese on top. Feel like I am back in control again :)
