Today rough day at work ate well but didn't start my mile walk today will push and achieve it tomorrow. Anyone know of any good apps on IPHONE to track steps/miles? My puppy chewed my fitbit thanks to my teenager not putting it where it was supposed to be so i have to invest in a new one so looking for alternative until i purchase.

Intemittent challenge I picked back up no food after 6 will resume at 10 tomorrow. when you are stressed all things go out of the window I see i've had a rough two weeks and it shows a I've not lost an ounce or any weight at thist time.

Junkfood challenge the darn chocolate almonds have gotten me the last week but it stops today. July 1st its begins all over for me a new start.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
