I have hit a coulpe plateaus but never gave up and am still loosing, I fell off n cheated for a week but not to extreme jus had some cheese n high salty food pasta n desdert on my daughters bday but I am back on track! I have came to far now to give up, I have been over weight all my life, anything is possible!!! DONT GIVE UP!!!
