Today I am in the middle of week 8 of weight watchers and I am down 7.4 pounds! I am really excited about that. And guess what? I haven't worked out for a month! Not that I'm proud of that, but it shows that the program really works even w/o exercising. But I know exercise is a part of that life style change as well, which is why I'm hitting the gym today. Hopefully I can pull some big numbers when I get back into my workout routine. Anyone else doing weight watchers? Share your success and tips!
