Day 1
Here we go again! I am finally down to a healthy weight, and I am so pleased to finally be comfortable in my own skin. However, I am still a bit self conscious and losing another 15-20 lbs is my goal. So I am starting today on a month long commitment of calorie restriction, moderate exercise, and cleansing. Hopefully I can lose at least 5-10 lbs in the upcoming month before I go back to school. And, let the rest follow before Thanksgiving. The main struggle for me is going to be SELF CONTROL! I eat when I'm bored and over eat when it comes to portions. I've never felt like I have that "off switch" that tells you when you're full. So I need to train myself to put down the fork! I've lost about 60 lbs on my own in a year and a half, so I know I can do it! I need to STAY FOCUSED, avoid my delicious carbs, and sugar, and keep my proteins in check. I've always felt at my best when I stick to a mainly vegetarian diet, it's just easier on my digestive system. So I guess thats it. Lets get started!
