My goal for today, NO SODA. Kicking this soda habit is harder than the food lifestyle change. I only drink diet, but it needs to go.

I failed. :( I was out running errands with my kids & at one place I got them dinner. I was dying of thirst & they only had fountain sodas. The sad part? It didn't even click with me that I was drinking the soda until I was half done with it. Ugh. I will succeed today.
