I had a bad week last week. Came down with a terrible head cold so diet and exercise went out of the window. didn't have the energy to exercise and was just eating what I want when I wanted it. albeit I have gained 4lbs. struggling to get back on the diet so far this week although the exercising is good my eating is being counter productive.
I am going to try harder to sort my brain out lol good luck to me lol and hopefully have a little wait loss for Saturday
