208.7 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Feeling good - now have to work hard to maintain healthy eating habits. Along with 38 pounds lost I've also reduced my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It's a mind set change, not a diet. Change you eating habits permanently and change your life!!
