Ate out a lot this week. While I wasn't always careful about the calorie content of my choices I was careful about portions. Not a perfect week but I wasn't off the charts either.
Dinner out two nights next week. One I can control...one I cannot. To compensate my intent is to do exceptionally well the rest of the week.
