I just know I can get down another half-pound this week. Still eating pretty well. Walking a good route with a hill every day, often twice a day. Going to meet my mom, sister, and niece for her 16th b'day at the sushi restaurant at lunch today.
3:20pm - Detour. Sushi restaurant was closed for maintenance, so we took our party to Brio Tuscan. It was delicious, but calorie-packed. I had bruschetta and their butterscotch bread pudding. Will eat light tonight and do a walk of penance this afternoon.
