I have recently begun working out again after a hiatus for abdominal surgery (which went well without complications). It feels good to be moving again. It is even more of a challenge now that I am working 12 hours nights as a RN in large metro hospital at a 0.9 FTE. My goal is to work up to working out at least 5-6 days/week. I am slowly adding back in my dietary restrictions. 100-150grams/carbs/day 100 oz H2O/day, and eliminating the foods that I am sensitive to (I had my blood tested a few years ago). I will also restart tracking on this web site. Wish me luck. Laura
