OK So I am so discouraged. I really am. I had been down to 134 about 6 weeks ago. Then for some reason I just shot up to 141. I got down to 138 a few days ago and now am back to 141. My measurements suggest that I have really gained the weight too. About an inch gain everywhere. So discouraged. So today I walked for an hour in intervals and burned about 700 calories. Tomorrow I will add weights to my work out. I am trying to keep my calories under 1300. In 10 days I have a really important couple of events that I need to fit my tight dresses for. Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
