Starting today. Can I realy kick the sugar habit? I know it's a problem for me and I am passing it on to the kids.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It is so hard. I've been struggling to start a diet for MONTHS. I keep falling back to the sugar. I would suggest looking at the long-term effects of diabetes and other complications related to a diet high in sugars, fats and other not-so-good foods. I work in a hospital a lot and I've seen a lot of what can happen. It's terrifying and it has finally motivated me to change. Also...if you would like, I can give you some info I got at GNC that has back up not only from research, but based on physiology. Let me know:) Good luck! Just continue to remind yourself how much better you will feel once you've accomplished your goal. How amazing you'll feel to wear what you want etc. It has helped me in the past;)
