Well im now gluten AND dairy free, not by choice, so there's a miniscule amount of frozen, prepared food I can buy. Not too good about prepping my own food and calorie counting, so I'm not sure what to do next. Finding it harder to breathe or maybe it's the worsening GERD, who knows, i just know im uncomfortable. It's hard to work out because I pay dearly for it with so much pain due to my fibromyalgia, bad knees and arms. I hurt severely for several days after a light/moderate beginners workout. Always a struggle :/ Need to get a hold of my weight again...here we go again!

Sorry to hear that. I know some what of what it's like; I badly injured my elbows a few years ago and make it hard to do many upper body exercises. I don't know your whole situation but maybe a paleo diet would work best in your interest? If you are not sure what it is you can of course easily google it :P but in short you cut your diet into being mostly fat and protein and only getting the needed carbs from fruits and some veggies. This diet is great for dropping some wight and for low cardio workouts (hence the small amount of carbs). All in all don't give up to quickly, sometimes you have to just find what works best for you.
