I'm thinking I'm one of those carb/keto people that do not do well with Sugar Alcohols (SA). I'm in week 3 of Ketosis but I've slowed way way down in weight loss. I lost 5 pounds the first week, 3 pounds the second week, and so far this week I've yet to really lose anything. Who knows, I could be surprised at tomorrows official weigh in. Let's hope.
I'm still really knew to all of this so I'm struggling with trying to figure out what sugar replacements to use to make my own treats at home instead of having Carb master ice cream or Quest or Atkins bars.
