i am very committed to lose this weight. i try t exercise every day, i hate it, but i think it will be the answer as it gets tricky now to drop the weight thru food control. i thank everyone that has shownnn encouragement! jeffrey
182.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
