Quite a surprise this morning, but when you eat totally clean you can get these results. Of course my birthday is tomorrow so today they took me out to lunch at work and the family is coming for dinner and cake tomorrow. One day at a time. That's my motto!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 92.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
