Well, I totally failed on my diet today...Ate to much of the not so good stuff.

I am really hoping I can do better tomorrow.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Think about how you can do better to avoid what happened today. Tomorrow is a brand new day. :)

I had a bad day yesterday- I think everyone has one every now and then. Try, try, try again.

Start over tomorrow and start stringing those successful days back together again. I find the first day the hardest to get through successfully, followed by the second day, and so on. By the time I get to the fifth day, I've usually hit my stride. You can get to that point one day at a time. Don't beat yourself up.
