We went to fit con I ballooned up to 250. Bad deal. Then now I'm adding cardio back into my workouts now and riding my bike a lot more, so I'm seeing gains in the muscle world and losses in the inches. I wish I could show my measurements in this app too.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
