I know I'm going to struggle this evening. I have my workout from 6 to 7; and didn't pack a very good lunch. I have fiber/protein bars, but I doubt that's going to be enough. Already ate the snacks that I packed, and still have some greek yogurt to eat closer to the end of the day. Hate working out with little food engery.
