I want to stop snacking after 8pm. I want to start cutting my 6 diet sodas a day to 1 a day and drinking water the rest of the time. I want to start cutting my bread and potatoes out of my diet by only eating 2 times a week instead of every day. I want to cut my portions down. I want to try to get some kind of exercise in daily.
