I am weighing in a day early this week as I'm away tomorrow visiting a friend out of town (I hope that I can bring enough good snacks to keep me on track). Anyway my goal for this week was to drink only water (except at breakfast when I allow myself to have a glass of juice). It wasn't as much of a difference as I'd hoped on the scale (down 0.6 lbs) but a loss is a loss, right? Celebrate the small victories! I'm going to allow myself diet pop this week, but I'm not going to allow myself to use any flex points. See what happens there.
This is kind of fun, taking control of my eating. Before I would just eat whatever was in front of me until I was full...and then some. Being in control, I feel healthier already. It's a new day!
In other news, I just got tickets to see Roger Daltrey!!!!!!!!!! I'm FREAKING out!!! That ought'a burn some calories!!
