Some mild discomfort but looks like my IBS or whatever it is has already passed. Only a month of symptoms this time (unless things kick off again).
Readjusted my exercise amount. the default 'bureau werk' entry seems a bit off. (150 calories/hour) going with 114 / hour I found online, seems closer.

probably weight is a factor but I'd rather err low and diet a bit more, than overestimate my burning capacity and not make any gains.

exercise: to schiphol and back, 24km/h for an hour. schiphol is remarkably close.
