Work this morning, then a lazy afternoon with the kids watching a film.
Had a busy weekend, but a little naughty food wise as well. We will have to make a effort to be extra good. Weigh in next week at the Dr's, so will have to see if I've continued at the same pace with the weight loss.
Need to make extra effort for some decent exercise.
